Can Our 'Cashless Living' Challengers Eat Out (And Split Bills) Without Cash?

Could you go cashless for a whole month? These four Student Edge members are going for it.

Last month, we began looking for enthusiastic and money-savvy students with a great on-screen presence to take the ‘Cashless Living’ Challenge sponsored by ANZ.

It meant following our strict, no-cash instructions but still hitting the town, eating out, going shopping and treating a friend, armed only with an ANZ Access Visa Debit card. Then, each contender would vlog about their experiences for the Student Edge website. Last week, you met our final four Challengers: Emily-Layne, Kait, Emily and Nathan!

Each Challenger receives a $100 allowance deposited into their ANZ Access Advantage account over four weeks to complete each challenge. At the end of the month, the best Challenger - as judged by Student Edge - will win a grand prize of $3000.

For Week 2, we asked Emily-Layne, Kait, Emily and Nathan to complete the following challenge:

EATING OUT (CASHLESS).

How do you split the bill among friends when you don’t have any cash? Is it possible to grab some fast food on the run without using small change or cash?

Check out this week’s four entries and vote on your favourite below! The clip with the most votes will win the Challenger an additional $200 deposited into their ANZ Access Advantage account.

Be sure to vote for your favourite video below! You have until 12pm AWST on April 20, 2016 to cast your vote. Come back next week to see how our foursome handle Week 3's challenge!

Update: The results are in! Your favourite video for Week 2 belonged to Emily-Layne. Congratulations Emily-Layne! Now, let's see what they're getting up to in Week 3...
