"Brooklyn Nine-Nine" Cast Wrap Up Last Day on Set With Super Wholesome Insta Posts

I’m not crying, you’re crying.

Not to shoot you with some bittersweet feels but Brooklyn Nine-Nine has officially wrapped up filming the final episode ever and we’re defs a little emotional about this.

The cast are obviously feeling the same way 'cos they took to Instagram to share what it has meant to them being a part of one of the funniest shows on TV.

Get the tissues ready.

First up is Melissa Fumero (aka Amy Santiago in the show). The star posted a pic of her studio lot badge that she used every day alongside a pretty emotional message.

“8 years ago, @beezus218 walked me, @stephaniebeatriz & @chelsanity to get our pictures taken for our lot badges. Something about that moment made everything really real,” the actress wrote.

“Filled with so much excitement and nerves, Chelsea said something that made me laugh right as the photographer clicked the camera… and that moment was predicative of what the next 8 years would be like.

Each day was full of laughter, of excitement, of nerves, of confidence, of elated exhaustion, and of beautiful friendship & collaboration.”

That was only the first one and my heart already aches.

Joel McKinnon Miller who played lazy lay about Detective Norm Scully shared a photo of himself out the front of the CBS Studio entrance, writing on his insta, “Last day of work on #brooklyn99 with a bunch of people I love.”

The loveable Terry Crews proved that he really hasn’t aged at all with two side-by-side photos, one of the first day of shooting and one of the last day.

“What can I say. Been in tears all day. Eight years with this wonderful cast and crew,” Crews wrote.

“The highs, the lows and everything in between – but we made it. I’m so thankful for the fans who kept us alive when we were dead in the water. We came back stronger and better.”

Okay, this is getting too much now. I’m gonna have to stop.

The final season of Brooklyn Nine-Nine premieres on 12 August in the US, so we'll keep you posted as to how to watch it in Australia. You can catch up on all the previous seasons on Netflix.
