Book Club Review: A Work In Progress by Connor Franta

Connor Franta is hands down one of my favourite YouTubers/ creators/ internet personalities.

Every word that comes out of his mouth is like a golden nugget and all of his ideas are pure genius.

So, it was a no-brainer that I had to get his book, A Work in Progress, when it came out. And I haven't looked back. I've read it on numerous occasions and it is absolutely one of the most inspiring books I have read.

Each page is crafted with the perfect amount of seriousness, inspiration, light-hearted memories and humour that it was impossible for me to put down. Plus, the photos included in some pages are absolutely jaw-droppingly stunning.

One of my favourite chapters would have to be “Life Doesn't Wait”. When I saw that YouTube video, I was immediately inspired. So, to see those same words that once inspired me written down was great.

Since getting the book, I've written those words down myself (in extremely tiny font so it would all fit) on the inside of my journal, so that every morning when I go to write, I feel inspired to tackle the day ahead.

All in all, it was an amazing book and I am so insanely proud of Connor for everything that he has accomplished.
