The Aussie Workforce's Impending Robot Takeover Explained Through Infographics

Remember last month when a report by the Foundation for Young Australians (FYA) revealed more than 70 per cent of Aussies were studying for careers that were soon to be obsolete?

And remember how we all started freaking out when it was revealed these jobs were being made obsolete by automation - aka worker robots - and it seemed like the plot of The Terminator was actually coming to life?

Good times.

Turns out the FYA doesn't want to merely drop some terrifying knowledge and send us into a panicked, canned-goods-hoarding spin just for the fun of it.

To stress the impending work crisis and point towards some positive trends, they've produced a series of infographics that help explain the situation.

Got it? Great. Remember to study up on your STEM subjects like science, technology, engineering and mathematics in preparation for our transition into the world of WALL-E an exciting future!
