Ariana Grande Got Hitched in Secret and We’re Squealing

Ariana and Dalton Gomez tied the knot over the weekend.

Since the release of “Thank U, Next”, Ariana Grande fans have been wishing and hoping that the American singer and actress would find her boo and eventually get hitched.

Following her break up with comedian Pete Davidson in October 2018, there had been a few hints that Ari was dating someone new. Thankfully, she finally confirmed her relationship with real estate agent Dalton Gomez in March 2020. 

Now, her time has officially come as reports flew around today that Ari and her now husband Dalton got married over the weekend in Montecito, California.

According to E! News, Ari’s rep spilled the beans about the ceremony, which was apparently “tiny and intimate.”

While fans knew about the engagement, we weren't quite prepared for the wedding. The publication reported that Dalton had actually popped the question back in December 2020, treating Ari to a diamond and pearl ring (oooh fancy).

While it’s still unclear how the couple met, People reported that in late March last year they had officially been dating for about two months.

The sneaky nature of this ceremony is notably different to the relationship that Ari had with her ex-fiancé Pete. Considering their relationship came to a, uh, rocky end, it makes sense that she would want to keep things more private this time around.

An inside source told E! News that Ari is intentionally not revealing too much about her relationship with Dalton, but they're aware that public interest is the territory that comes with being a celeb.

Another source told E! News that the wedding was celebrated between close friends and family.

“It was a beautiful day and very romantic. Everyone is happy for them. It was perfect and just what Ari wanted,” they said.

Plus, it gets even cuter when you find out that according to Insider, “Dalton treats Ariana like a queen.”

Well, this news has sure given us the warm and fuzzies. We wish all the best to Ari and Dalton.
