The New "Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania" Trailer Has Just Dropped

Featuring a ‘big brain’ cameo.

The new trailer for Marvel’s Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania dropped today and boy, do we have questions!

This new look at the film emphasises the story’s focus on the relationship between Scott Lang (Ant-Man) and his daughter Cassie.

You may remember the heartbreaking moment in Avengers: Endgame when Scott escapes from the Quantum Realm after the events of the Snap (a.k.a. Blip), and goes home to see his little girl – only to find that Cassie had grown up in the five years that have passed.

In the new footage revealed in the trailer, we get a better look at the Quantum Realm with Scott, Cassie, Hope and Janet Van Dyne, and Hank Pym.

Scott – who wants to have a second chance with his daughter - meets Kang the Conqueror, who promises Scott that he can give him ‘time’.

What does this mean? How will this work? We’ll just have to find out.

We see some mind-boggling action sequences, two Scott Langs, incredibly obscure environments with Scott trying not to drown under numerous Ant-Man bodies, Kang looking dangerous in his iconic comic-book attire and… M.O.D.O.K.?

Who would’ve thought this ex-thief and ex-Baskin Robbins worker would be fighting Kang the Conqueror in the Quantum Realm?

Janet states that Kang is not be trusted, and that he can ‘re-write existence and shatter timelines’. At the end of the trailer, we see Scott and Kang engaged in a brutal fight with Kang smashing the Ant-Man helmet, and a bloody Scott saying ‘I don’t have to win. We both just have to lose’.

We have chills.
